Deposition recording and duplication

Video Image Productions knows depositions; we’ve been filming them for over ten years! Our staff has over 15 years experience in capturing every word, every motion, and every action in the deposition room. Using broadcast quality cameras and microphones, we can deliver your deposition in short order on VHS or DVD. Legal agreements prohibit us from showing samples of our deposition work on our website, but contact us and we’ll be happy to give you more information.

"Day in the Life” productions

At VIP, we understand that the most compelling testimony can often be images, not words. That’s why we offer a service called, “Day in the Life.” Following your client for a day gives juries and other parties an understanding of the hardships your client may face. Unfortunately, the legal system does not allow this kind of opportunity. This is where the “Day in the Life” video comes in. VIP will follow your client around, documenting struggle, pain, or inconvenience they cope with daily. We know that you have many different (and sometimes immediate) needs. To address your requirements, VIP has invested in the ability to complete many services in-house. Transcription synchronization & display

VIP has partnered with YesLaw, the leader in transcript synchronization, to bring you even more tools for use in the courtroom. Using advanced technology, VIP and YesLaw can take your transcripts and deposition video and synchronize them together on CD-ROM. This software allows anyone to view the deposition and transcription in the same window and contains powerful editing tools, enabling you to use a deposition like never before.
